Important Notes
Hotels may not have free Wi-Fi services available, and if they do, the service may be limited and at low speeds, sometimes available only in the lobby.
Hotels may not have free heater services available. Heaters may be arranged from the hotel at additional charges on direct payment basis, varying from Rs 400 - Rs 1000, as per hotel charges and availability. Also, some hotels may not have 24x7 running hot water, it may be available for certain hours of the day only.
Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicle or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
Vehicle is available for use only till 8 pm ( as per itinerary); for North East India, Vehicle is available only till 4 pm (as per itinerary). Vehicle being kept till late hours will be subject to night charges as applicable and payable directly on ground.
Only Postpaid connection works in Jammu & Kashmir.
2 Star & 3 Star hotels in Srinagar,Gulmarg & Pahalgam are Non AC rooms.
Sightseeing option such as Pony Ride at Pahalgam, Gulmarg Gondola Ride, visit to Aru & Chandanwari, and SonamargTrip to Thajiwas Glacier in Sonamarg, Sonmarg Zero Point are chargeable extra and not included in the package by default.
All Gardens’ entrance fee starts from Rs 20 To 70 per pax per garden (to be paid directly by the guest on his visit).
Shikara ride can accommodate a maximum of 04 pax per boat.
Shankara Acharya temple timings are 07:00 AM To 05:00 PM.
Cameras & Mobiles are not allowed inside most Temples, it is advisable not to carry the same during temple visit
A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room & the third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary.The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified, in case of any changes post confirmation additional cost may be applicableon the basis of changes done (to be bourne by the customer)(Vehicle operational timings 08:30 AM to 07:30 PM).
Itinerary changes are subjected to availability of tours, weather conditions and operational possibilities.
Any Tour if missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing, time permitting.
Due to operational reasons, the routing of the tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip break down of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents
In case of road blocks, the vehicle may need to take an alternate route to get you to your destination. This will be subject to additional charges as applicable and payable directly on ground.
Due to Heavy Snow fall during winters (01st Dec to 15th March – dates may change as per weather conditions) the guest needs to hire chained vehicle (max capacity is 5 to 7 pax each vehicle) from Tangmarg to Gulmarg (12Kms)and the charges may vary from Rs 1800 to Rs 2500 each vehicle(to be paid directly by the guest).
Cable car ride (Gondola) is chargeable for 02yrs child and above. Seats are allotted by the local authorities subjected to seating capacity of the car and we do not guarantee all seats to be allotted in a single car.
No vehicle is allowed for sight-seeing at Gulmarg so guest needs to hire pony sledge or snow bike subject to weather conditions on direct payment basis.
For guests travelling for day excursion to Gulmarg our cab will drop them at the parking area allotted for tourist vehicle and from there Gondola is 1.5km either by pony(on direct payment basis by the customer) or by walk.
Saffron fields can be seen only from 15th Oct to 15th Nov.
At Pahalgam guest needs to hire local taxi(on direct payment basis by the customer) for Chandanwari, Aru &Betab valley which may cost approximately from Rs 2000 to Rs 2500 (6 to 7 Pax Capacity each vehicle).
Pony ride at Pahalgam (Baisaran, Kashmir Valley &Dabyan) may cost approximately from Rs 1000 to Rs 2000 Per pony(on direct payment basis by the customer).
At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.

We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.
Terms and Conditions
Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Seat selection and room allocation (including room number, floor, view, and proximity of rooms) are determined by the airline/hotel and cannot be guaranteed.In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
The price does not include any personal or incidental expenses, including laundry, room service, minibar charges, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), tips, portage, and similar services.
If your stay falls on special dates (like 24th December, 31st December, 14th February, etc.) when hotel organize gala dinner, then there may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges additional that you need to pay at the hotel directly.
Country guidelines may change without notice, hence do check travel rules and your eligibility for travel on the regulatory website of the respective country/state, before booking your travel.
Our Scope of Services
We act solely as holiday organizers. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
You are required to follow the terms, conditions, and rules of each service provider. This includes, for example, airline baggage policies and hotel meal timings. Any consequences arising from non-compliance will be at your own risk.
If you cause any injury or damage to a service provider, you may be held liable, and any amounts recovered from us in this regard will be charged to you accordingly. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.
We reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
Hotel and Land Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refunds: Hotel cancellations are subject to the respective hotel’s policy. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for any refund. No refund shall be provided for unused nights (including early check-out) or any unutilized services (meals, transfers, sightseeing, entrance fees, etc.) for any reason whatsoever. In case of medical conditions, any exception will be subject to the hotel’s discretion.
Transfers, Activities & Tickets: Transfers and activities included in the itinerary are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date, unless otherwise specified at the quotation stage in the “Points to Note” section, where applicable. Certain services may have separate cancellation policies, which must be adhered to accordingly. Entrance tickets are non-refundable once booked, unless specified otherwise.
Service Charges: A service charge of 5% of the total booking value will be applicable for cancellations of land services (including activities and transfers), as well as for any amendments.
Hotel Policies & Timings: Check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable directly at the hotel.
Payment Policies
You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS or SWIFT.
For your safety, we will never request payments to be made to a personal account. Please ensure all payments are made only through our official website or to our company’s bank account. If you receive any such request, we recommend verifying it with our team before proceeding.
Amendment of Booking by Guest
If you wish to amend or change your booking, you have to communicate your request to the expert in writing. Such requests for change or amendment will be accepted subject to availability. Please note that the amended or changed booking will be regarded as a new booking. In case the amendment is carried out within the cancellation period, then a cancellation charge shall apply as if a cancellation was made on the date the request for amendment or change is made. Please note the cancellation charges will be as per the airline and hotel policies.
